What dates are free for my Urban Retreat Weight Loss Boot Camp?
Seeing as this is a truly customised weight loss retreat, you can do it whenever you want. You can even do it over 4 days and make it a long weekend. It really is your choice. What happens is that when you have paid, we will contact you and find out when you want to come. Simple.
Where is the Urban Retreat held?
For the moment, in Manchester, in a specially selected luxury apartment. In the future we will be offering weight loss and fitness retreats in the French Alps (George’s dream place to live!).
How long do ‘camps last?
The full program lasts 5 days, and this is the one that is most recommended, but we can squeeze most of the work into 4 or 3 days if you need to make a long weekend of it and not miss too much time off work.
Can I come with someone else?
Yes, and sometimes this will work to your benefit. But it’s worth remembering that we put this program together so that one person got all the attention they needed, so that they can make the necessary changes, learnings, adaptations and fitness gains that ensures a totally satisfying result.
