Why we need to change:

Nearly 10 years ago, George went to a sports specific training workshop and was treated to a seminar about Metabolic Typing by a strength and conditioning coach. What was learned there changed everything. What had started as a personal interest in how to fuel performers for their sport was transformed into a professional involvement in a 21st Century method for enhancing every aspect of health.

So what did George learn that day 10 years ago?

That if you eat a diet that is right for YOU, you will have health and abundant energy.

Sounds so simple, doesn’t it? But what do you see proposed over and over again? Diets designed around generalisations and averages. But are you an average? This is the irony; that you will only find long term success if you design your diet around the principles of individuality. To apply this you MUST forget what we have been conditioned to believe and be willing to trust your inner advisor. Trust that you are the expert on you.

The principles and framework of Metabolic Typing allow you to systematically and confidently work toward your perfect diet. When you give your body the right fuels, in the right proportions, with the right micronutrients, your metabolism takes off, your ability to heal increases and your daily energy levels skyrocket.

In practice, that means that some people need to eat lots of fat and protein, and some others need very little of these foods but need lots of carbohydrate to make their metabolisms work efficiently.
